Gerald Corbett has been Non-Executive Chairman of the Company since 24 November 2005.
He chairs the Nomination Committee and is a member of the Remuneration Committee. Gerald is also Chairman of Moneysupermarket.com and of the Royal National Institute of the Deaf, and Deputy Chairman of Betfair Group plc. He is also a Non-Executive Director of Numis Securities and of Towry Holdings.
Gerald has been a Non-Executive Director of Greencore Group plc, MEPC plc and of Burmah Castrol plc. He was Chairman of SSL International plc and of Woolworths Group plc, Chief Executive of Railtrack plc, and Group Finance Director of Grand Metropolitan plc and of Redland plc. Between April 2010-11 Gerald was also the High Sheriff of Hertfordshire.
