The Corporate Responsibility Committee (CRC) consists of a wide range of representatives from across the business and provides governance for Britvic plc’s Corporate Responsibility.
The CRC identify risks and opportunities, and ensure CR is a consideration for the business strategy, feeding back into the business and seeking agreement on the annual CR programme. They review progress quarterly.
