The Board of Britvic plc comprises the following: the non-executive Chairman, three independent non-executive Directors, one non-executive Director representing PepsiCo and two Executive Directors.
Britvic’s Executive Committee comprises in addition to the Executive Directors, the Marketing Director, Sales Director, Supply Chain Director, Strategy Director and the Human Resources Director.
