How do I buy or sell Britvic shares?

An electronic facility, which provides a simple, low-cost method of buying and selling Britvic plc ordinary shares, is available through the Company's Registrar. You can either log onto www.shareview.co.uk/dealing or call 08456 037 037 between 8.30am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday, for more information about this service and details of current rates.

Does Britvic offer an Individual Savings Account (ISA)?

The Registrar offers ISAs in Britvic Ordinary Shares.

How do I transfer shares into another person's name?

You will need to obtain a stock transfer form from the Registrar, and return this together with your share certificate(s) to arrange the transfer of ownership. For further information and to obtain a stock transfer form, please contact the Registrar.

Note: Where the transfer is for a cash consideration, you will need to send the stock transfer form to your local Inland Revenue office for stamping. For further information, please contact your local Inland Revenue office.
