We recognise the importance of working in partnership with our suppliers.
The Quality and service performance of our suppliers is also regularly monitored through a Supplier Performance Monitoring process, and regular meetings are conducted with suppliers to feedback on performance and quality. In order to become a material supplier to Britvic, each supplier undergoes a pre-qualification system that checks their quality and food safety systems and performance, and ensures their compliance with the Britvic Technical codes of Practice for both Good Manufacturing Practice and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point systems. Suppliers are also expected to comply with our Ethical Trading policy.
The supplier qualification process has now been extended to also encompass environmental and labour standards performance of suppliers, via the use of the SEDEX (Supplier Ethical Data Exchange) a web based tool for suppliers and customers to exchange data on human rights, environmental and labour standards.

Did you know that Britvic are members of SEDEX (Supplier Ethical Data Exchange) and has joined an industry-wide initiative (AIM-PROGRESS) along with other manufacturers to jointly work towards improving working conditions within our supply chain communities.
